Working Principle
The raw material enters the equipment through the pipeline under the action of pressure, and begins to separate the coarse and fine materials under the centrifugal action of the transmission rotor and the spiral scraper.
Under the pressure in the cavity, the fine materials pass through the sieve slits and are sent to the discharge pipe through the feeding port. The materials that do not pass through the sieve slits remain on the surface of the filter element.
The scraper driven by the motor rotates to scrape off the impurities on the surface of the filter element.
The scraped impurities will sink into the sewage collection chamber under the action of gravity. When the impurities accumulate to a certain extent, they will be discharged through the automatic sewage valve.
Automatic cleaning method
1. Time control: When the filtration time reaches the set time value, the electronic control system will give a slag discharge command, and the drain valve will automatically open to achieve complete slag discharge.
2. Pressure difference control: Pressure sensors are installed at both ends of the inlet and outlet of the equipment. The pressure sensors transmit the pressure at both ends of the inlet and outlet to the electronic control system. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the electronic control system will issue an alarm signal and give a slag discharge command. At this time, the drain valve will automatically open to complete the sewage discharge work.
